Ort & Offal Delicatessen
Ort & Offal Delicatessen is a series in which I gather waste from fellow artists’ creative practices and create translucent ‘sausages’ in which the artists’ waste is embedded. The project is inspired by my time working in a polish deli which served headcheese, a translucent meat loaf made from the otherwise unused byproducts of sausage production. The images shown above are of prototypes using scraps and waste from my own practice.
